Registering your business for a licence to use the Get Ready for Digital TV campaign logo

To obtain and use the Get Ready for Digital TV campaign logo, your business must be licensed to use the logo. To be eligible for a licence you must employ or engage at least one endorsed antenna installer.

The licence permits an antenna installation business to use the Get Ready for Digital TV logo in advertising and promotional material to publicise its engagement of the endorsed antenna installer(s).

To register for the licence, proceed to the scheme’s registration website via the Related Information link at the bottom of the page and click on the link 'Want your antenna installation business licensed to use the Digital Ready logo?'. 

Before you begin, please note the following important information:

  • The registration for the licence must be completed by a person authorised to enter into legal agreements on behalf of your business;
  • You will be unable to begin your online registration for the licence until you have an antenna installer registered (using the ABN of your business) with the Scheme to become an Australian Government Endorsed Antenna Installer; and
  • The trading name used by your business for antenna installation services must be linked to your ABN. You can check this by looking up your listing on the ABN lookup site at www.abr.business.gov.au. This trading name will be published on mySwitch and the Digital Ready website in association with the endorsed antenna installer employed or engaged by you.

To complete your registration you must provide information such as your ABN, business and trading names, a street address for your business and the names of all the authorised signatories for your business.

You will then be presented with the terms of the Licence Agreement which you must accept to progress your registration.

A copy of the Licence Agreement is available on the scheme's registration website at the business registration link. We recommend that you read the terms of the Licence Agreement before you begin your registration.

When you have completed the online registration form and your registration is approved, we will confirm your approval by email and send you a CD with electronic versions of the Get Ready for Digital TV campaign logo, which may be used in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Licence Agreement.
